Probably not the first choice for many, but with a wealth of experience successfully interacting with the general public, 20 years as a general manager in hospitality, I'm looking to go back to my roots, mid 80's, the good times!!
Very flexible with regards to the remuneration package. Would prefer the Surrey area, I'm available in less time than it takes to exchange contracts. Any readers, who are seeking to recruit, or develop their existing sales team, please contact me. Best wishes. Raymond.

It's gonna be hard work, but like any industry, if you have talent, a good work ethic and have a bit of luck, you have a good chance in doing well.

I think you may be making the wrong move.

My Wife works for an estate agents. The negs are not making much in the way of sales at the moment. The situation is so bad that Agents are reverting over to the lettings side of the market. Which as you are probably already aware,, is seasonal.

The sales negs are not bringing in the commission, and so the wage is very low.

Think again
