What job websites

I've got a chum coming over to live in the UK. He is in construction, his Mrs is a PA. They are moving to Surrey. Other than Monster which springs to mind, what other job websites are out there, either big general ones, industry specific, or regionally local to them? (I havent needed to look for a job in a decade, cant remember the names of any other big sites)
Any suggestions or help in drawing up a short list would be much appreciated
