Maybe he doesn't know how to make tea. Sounds like a training need to be explored at his next review smile

Tell the person that seeing as they never make one, they can get off their ass and do it for once if they want a cup?

Stop offering him one?

He'll get the message soon enough.

On the other hand - stop being so bleedin petty.

Make his tea, and put Salt in it... until he makes his and eveyone elses.

You all have to do it though, just deny if he asks if you have done it.

Maybe he's like me and never offers because he doesn't know where anything is in the kitchen! (I only ever drink water, no hot drinks) - Oh, but I also never ask for a drink when someone is getting the drinks in.

Do as someone I work with did, make a program thats basically a random number generator with everyone's name to dish out, then rig it so if you double-click the button it always comes up with his name. Should give you a couple of days of tea. biggrin
