Summer Engineering Internship Interview - Advice?
Discussion
I just finished my second year studying Automotive Engineering at Loughborough, and have been offered an interview with an automotive research company in England near Oxford, and this is going to be my first real job 'in the field' (so far I have worked full time during my gap year as a research assistant in the National University of Singapore and have also worked part-time at a home retail store during university terms).
I was wondering if you guys can give me any tips on how to prepare for the interview, any 'catch phrases' and what not, given that this will be my first engineering-based job?

Be honest about your current skills/experience and have a clear goal of how you want to develop these over your placement. They will be looking to take on someone who will make the best use of the opportunity, not someone who reckons they know everything already!
Good luck!
