Writing a CV for a bar job

Just looking for some general advice on this really. A bar near me in Manchester is re-opening and had a sign up saying recruiting, call this number. So I phoned up and the lady said to drop my CV in to the people renovating it and they might sort out an open day because they've had so much interest.
Now I've done a few months bar work when I was 18 (24 now) and currently work for a outsourcing company in an Investment administration role but recently moved to the city centre and could do with some pocket money as well as the social side of it.
So how in the hell do I sort a CV out for a bar job?
