Revocation of benefit during notice period
Discussion
I am shortly due to go on paternity leave. I have negotiated full paid leave, rather than the statutory offering. This was at the company's discretion and they are by no means contractually obliged to offer this payment.
If I were to hand my notice in, would the company be within their rights to withdraw this offer or would they be obliged to honour it? I have prior confirmation in writing from HRManagement, but given that it's not an 'official' benefit, would it depend more on goodwill?
