Hello. I've been using these for the last couple of weeks. My advice is to "update" your CV on a Monday, every Monday. Recruiters seem to use Monday to do the paperwork and make calls, and then look for new candidates on a Tuesday. I always have a massive number of calls then. If they see your CV has been updated you will come to the top of the pile.
