Part Time work from home

Is it possible to get a job, working from home that doesn't look like some sort of scam?

I am looking to boost my income slightly, so have been looking for part time work to fit around my current job. I've been hunting google for data input jobs, working from home, but they all expect you to pay 'for training' before you get a job.

Does anybody know where I should be looking?
