Multiple interview processes and offers

I'm in the lucky position of having been offered a job today, and tomorrow I have 2 other final round interviews. All are jobs I'd willingly move to, but to me one job stands out (tomorrow).

I've been honest today, and said thank you for the offer - I have 2 other interviews tomorrow and I'll get back to you at the end of the week. I've been honest with the interviewing company tomorrow and told the recruiter I have an offer.

I'm not planning on using the offers for leverage on salary - but if it's implied, that's fine by me!

Is this the right way to play things? Any other advice of experiences...?

I've always found that honesty and a direct conversation is the way forward. And it does not leave you open to being caught out.

I was in a similar situation a couple of weeks back. Honesty was the best option. Told the company I wanted to work at I had an offer, they asked what it was. I was honest with them and they ended up just adding 10% to what the other company had offered.

Any of the 3 jobs would be good.

So far still sitting on only one offer, the other 2 are dragging their heels but haven't rejected either.

Also be mindful not to get complacent at the later interviews knowing you already have an offer in hand. One of the favourite (and rather cynical) tricks of some recruitment consultants is to put an offer to someone on the day the candidate has another interview, knowing that they will enter the other interview still thinking about the offer they have.
