Help with "Interim Management" Terms and Conditions needed!

Mrs M has just got a six month "Interim Management" contract on a daily rate basis and needs to supply some Terms and Conditions.

As this is only a six months contract and her first she's operating as a Sole Trader.

Does anyone have any Terms and Conditions that we can top and tail please?
