Nanny for my 3 month old twin girls needed - any ideas?

Hi all

I am lucky to have 3 month old twin daughters - the nanny who had accepted our job offer has reneged at the last minute leaving us in the smelly stuff!

We are based in Morth London/Herts area - does anyone have any contacts who are nannies or can recommend a reliable (and not a rip-off) agency?

We want someone for next week so all input would be appreciated.

Never had one, but an old colleague uses online sites where foreign nanny's details are available. Amazed his wife puts up with it- his main criteria is looks!

Have you considered putting your own advert in the Lady Magazine?

My sister is a nanny in London.

She might know someone or at the very least an agency you could speak to.
