Hey I am 15 turning 16 in july I leave school on the 25th of may this year and I am aiming to get into a racing team and I wondering if there is any Kent based teams that will give me a job I am not worried about pay I just won't to get learn about a racing team and how it run messsge me plz. I am willing to llearning new skills

Last sentence should read 'I would like to gain experience within a racing team'.Your English is very poor and to be very blunt you don't stand a snowballs chance in hell of even getting a job in any sector unless you can improve your literary skills.
Racing teams are inundated with CV's every day. The best thing would be to do the same, as they probably won't be looking on here for new applicants who in their eyes, have applied for a job with only 2 sentences on an internet forum.
Go direct, learn about their company and be prepared for an interview. Specialst recruitment agencies may also be an idea to look in to.
However, judging by your OP, you don't know much about racing teams or maybe even mechanics, and therefore some sort of apprenticeship may be in order. the government run their own scheme. Try looking in to that.

to put into context what a hurculean task the OP has in hand, i have 11 GCSEs, ABB in maths chemistry physics A Level, final year of my Motorsport degree (likely to achieve a 1st) and I am part of the universities racing team (we're competing at Silverstone and Hockenheim), and I'm struggling to find work.
If somebody who can barely spell and construct sentences, and doesn't even know how old he is is looking to get into this industry he's REALLY going to struggle.
Racing teams aren't like working for Mr Clutch, the team will only employ the best people they can afford because they want to do the best they can. Not just somebody who has asked if they have a job going.

Owning a racing team costs MILLIONS, its not the sort of thing you can run on minimum wage.
Go to your local technical college and pick up a prospectus, if you are interested in cars they have plenty of mechanics courses.
Being honest here, i always wanted to work with cars, but now i don't, simply because you ever get a fairly low wage (Mechanic for example) or you have to be the best out there (Working for racing teams). If you think you arethe best, by all means go for it. I have a friend working for Sauber (SP?) who has been working on cars since he was 5, applied for the job at 11, left school at 16 to go and work for them after he'd spent his childhood between school and local race circuits, under their supervision learning how to do his future job.
A majority of the people on PH have probably thought of working with cars sometimes, but for most of us, it's better to aim for a high paying job in a different segment and enjoy the cars at the weekends.

a friend of mine wants to work in motorsport. at the time there were no relevant degree courses so she studied aerospace engineering, graduated with a first class masters degree and is currently working as an engineering officer (fast jets) for auntie Liz's air force. when she comes out, there is a slim chance she'll achieve her dream.
most people on my degree course dreamt of working in f1. none have yet made if.
with no skills or experience, you'll be very lucky to find work unless you have contacts. better still if a family friend owns a race team.
why not join your local msa branch and see if anyone is willing to give you a start. I think tackling this from grass roots is your only real option..

tee hee hee. Do I get the PH prize now?A friend of mine has gone through a motorsport degree and struggles to find work. A 16 year old with no real world and hands on experience in going to struggle to do anything more than wash cars at the local dealers.
Get yourself into a college course and start learning.

Shame as the kid wants to do something, but motorracing will not be it.
As mentioned if he wants to get into that, mechanic and then in spare time build a grasstrack car or a banger and go racing in that and get into racing that way...
