So, Worked here 6 years.

Origonally fulltime but left to have children twice returning each time to a part time job.

Still happily doing part time but they want to create a "new" job in the business which they believe they can lump my job into it.
They believe this job to be full time and requires hours from 8am-5pm cover.

Yet as a parent I can only work school hours which if from 9am. Which they know, which i currently do.

They are adament despite actualy proof the job does not need to be covered between 8-9am as ther is no actual work then.

Can i be made redundent?

They can change your hours if it's in the interest of the business to do so.

They don't have to justify this to you IINM, it's up to them if they want to make the job full time.

They do have to offer this job to you and if you won't take it, they make you redundant.

I'm afraid you'll have to either plead for hours to suit your needs or accept redundancy.
