WTD - Delphi Developer - Kent

Our client is a specialist energy consultancy that provides a complete range of energy services and software to help organisations manage their utilities more effectively.
They have six main arenas including: Energy Bureau services, Utility Procurement, Software Development and Support, Carbon Compliance Services, Site Works and Metering and General Energy Management Consultancy.
Due to the companies' continued expansion and success they now have a position for a Delphi Developer.
The role:
• Design, code and test new features to be added to the in house energy management system.
• Maintain existing code.
• To be responsible for all documentation.
• Build and install test releases on the in house system.
• To write reports/ graphs/ grids for the system.
• Interact with the web development team to ensure web based systems using the same database is maintained and kept up to date.
The person:
• Will be completely au-fait with Delphi 6 &;
• SQL Server 2000.
• Object Orientated Programming.
• Agile Development (Scrum in particular).
• The following technologies are used and any experience of them would be a plus (DUnit, DevExpress, Report Builder, XML , Sub Version)
Based in Beckenham, Kent - Salary £30-33k.
