Hi,
Is it possible to sack someone with the reason that they are overperforming in the job/it's too easy for them? I'd have thought not and instead the whole performance review/promotion thing happens, but I am not sure.
Thanks
In this situation, it is likely that they have been in the job for less than a year. As such, this would be a polite way of saying that the employee just didn't fit in.Is it possible to sack someone with the reason that they are overperforming in the job/it's too easy for them? Perhaps you could give us a little bit more information. How long has the person been in the job? Are you a friend/partner of the person? Are you the employer who wants to sack the person? What is the job?
