Site manager looking for career change

Currently a site manager for a national Co, looking for a career change fed up with subbies not comforming and upper management lining their own pockets, Pay has been frozen for the last 18months and bonus scheme was scrapped 2 yrs ago, but not for senior management !!!!!

Time for a change any ideas ?
