Interview technique

Are there any services that anyone has used that can help with interview technique that are worth it? Googling throws up a few people who offer this type of service but I'm not sure if they will help.

I think I'm losing out on opportunities because I'm not coming across as slick and professional as I could be in interviews, and if there's something where someone could e.g. video me and look at my body language it might be worth doing.

I found the best way of improving my interview technique was to go to loads of interviews. It is worth applying for jobs that you might not want in order to get an interview and practise.

Also try applying for jobs in the public sector (not many about at the mo), there are certain legal process they have to go through which means they have to document the recruitment process to ensure it is fair, this means they take a lot of notes and are usualy more forthcoming when it comes to giving feedback to candidates.
