Trying to locate a thread

Hello all.

I hope someone can help me. I've not been on here for a couple of days and one of the threads, about a guy who didn't want to reveal his identity and was concerned about a meeting that was going to take place, possibly disciplinary seems to have vanished. Any links or has it been removed? Thanks in advance.
