Principal Engineer (UK based)

We are experiencing an exciting time of growth and as a result, are looking to strengthen our design team with the appointment of a talented Principal Engineer.
You will be responsible for leading the delivery of advanced engineering solutions from the definition of customer requirements, early conceptual design, development and production, through to the commissioning of the solution on site.
To achieve this, you will need to apply engineering expertise across robotics, mechanical and electrical engineering with elements of software, in order to solve complex life science challenges.
We are looking for individuals with a hunger for innovation and ingenuity from a broad, advanced technology and product engineering background that can show evidence of delivering integrated engineering solutions, aligned to our expertise and to the highest standard.
You will need a relevant engineering degree or equivalent qualification and be able to show robust leadership skills across multiple engineering disciplines within an end customer driven environment.
We are keen to receive applicants with transferable sector experience including automotive, defence, materials handling, robotics, medical, pharmaceuticals and FMCG.
In addition, you’re commercially astute, a good team player and an effective leader.
