It depends:
Do you enjoy it?
Is there a good future in this career?
Are you learning a skill or trade?
The UK minimum wage for a 19 year old is £4.92 are they paying you by the hour or monthly?
How many hours do you work?
And the most important question of all - is there any talent there? I would happily take a pay cut for some eye candy

It is in my contract
The company doesn't own you 24 hrs a day (unless its the military, in which case they might)After hours, do as you please. The only exception to this would be if your alternative job conflicted with your present company.
It sounds like they are paying you too little for the number of hours. I would be asking for overtime to ensure minumum wage was sustained.

But I just do wierd hours, start around 9.00AM and finish anywhere from 5.30 to 8.00 on some days.
You don't get paid overtime yet may finish at 8pm? Doing overtime reduces your hourly rate quite nicely. Oh, I mean nicely for your boss. I'd be looking to negotiate a better rate if I am expected to only do that job but you must (1) be a decent employee (2) be prepared to vote with your feet if your boss laughs at you and asks if you're ok to stay until 10pm tonight. You should check what hourly rate you are actually being paid and that the rate has not been increased to comply with the new minimum wage rates which came in on October 1st.
The minimum wage rate is just that, the minimum that someone is legally allowed to pay someone of your age. Paying under that rate is illegal and renders the employer liable to prosecution.
Is there a clause about the pay rate for additional hours? Does it say that additional hours will be paid at time and a half or standard rate? There is no legal requirement to pay an enhanced rate for additional hours but it is usual for this to happen.

In that case, they must pay you £4.83 an hour or they are breaking the law. I'm surprised they would then put that figure in a contract unless your boss is completely clueless or there is some confusion over your age.
You need to take it up with them asap. As well as getting some clarification on what is a reasonable amount of extra time to be working above your basic contracted hours. If it was me I would expect to get paid for anything I did above the basic contracted hours if I am in a job paid by the hour and if it was a regular occurence.

Basically feel like I am being taken for a ride.
Highly appropriate for a karting circuit. Ok, here's the thing. If you feel it could lead to something big or enable you to gain experience, then go with it (but check the legislation re minimum wage; speak to your citizens advice bureau if you are unsure). And you say you enjoy the job so that's a damned sight better than many employees out there.
