composite jobs in norfolk

For my sins im a production manager at a composite manafacturing company nr norwich in norfolk and due to a rather rapid increase in orders we are seeking 3 laminators an 1 trimmer,1 of the laminator positions would be trainee the other 2 have to be experianced also a paint/lacquer inspector/refinisher
We work in every field from f1/aerospace to marine and production car mostly autoclave/prepreg with some oven/LTM an very rarely some wet lay vac work
Due to recent developments with a local firm i know there are 12/13 people in this field of work who are now out of a job,but i have no way of contacting them so if you are one of those people,know one of those people or think you might be suitable please let me know
