What has IR35 got to do with Swedish tax?

Don't know about Sweeden in detail, but if its the same as Norway there are substance overridding form considerations, even tighter than the IR35 rules in the UK, in Norway in the 80's you had to invoice two customers a year if you did work for only one as a contractor you were deemed to be an employee, end of story.
