I recently handed in my notice and started my new job last week. Just about starting to settle in now, I think I made the right decision and it really did feel good handing my notice in!!

I was a tad bit scared to start off with, always is worrying when you leave the comfort of a job you know well to go to a job and have to learn from scratch.
