You been driving it too easy! hahaha
They come on the rev counter, and its really in the upper reaches of the rev band, you will see the yellow lights start to go on round the rev counter (they are yellow, like engine is cold) as the needle climbs, then the last 2 will be red.
Peak power in these things are around the 8k mark.... so bash on! and stop driving it like a girl!

As Shibby says, they light up yellow anticlockwise i.e from the 7k mark back to the 4k where they turn red. Then on you're into the rev limiter if you don't change gear.Just remember to keep your eyes on the road and not the rev counter! (use your peripheral vision)
