KDS alignment and tyre pressures?

'evening all!

I've just picked my car up from having a full KDS check up after a front ball joint and rear trailing arm replaced at a BMW dealer, on the way home I was passing Sainsbury's so checked my tyre pressures......they were really low (I know, my fault)..

..will this have had an effect on the set up?...should they have properly inflated the tyres?

As alignment is measured in tengths of a degree then I would say it possible. Is the profile of the tyre noticably reduced at the current pressure though? How much did you pay for the alignment btw?
