E92 M3 - clutch issues?

I have the DCT box and do have the latest software (or so the dealer keeps telling me) but the hesitation seems to be getting worse and now there is a real judder when the clutch engages, for example, slowing down at a roundabout, then hit the throttle and there is a bump you can feel in the car as the power comes in after a delay. Have tried every D and S setting with no real difference. Has anyone had this or similar? I am going to get it to the dealer this week for them to have a look at but would appreciate any thoughts/ideas people have?
