Picked up our 1M (pics)

We picked up the wifes 1M this week.

Words fail me, so so much more impressed than i thought i would be.

I have had various M cars over the years and this one has blew me away so far.

I just want to drive it non stop (when i can force it away from the wife).

I hadnt test drove one before buying which was a gamble but it was worth the risk.

Anyone local'ish to me who perhaps is thinking about trying to get hold of one, by all means give me a shout for a closer look or a run.

My brother has an E46 CSL so plan to do some videos etc with it.

Can't believe they didn't give you a full tank of fuel FOC.

When the salesman told my wife "I never got a drive in one" she replied "sure you will get a spin when you take it to the petrol station to fill it up" after a long awkward pause he lifted the keys and went to the petrol station.

Don't think he had a choice to be fair

I'll be the only the only pistonheader in the whole world to say the only thing missing for me is the option of a DCT box. I loved my old SMG M3, transformed the car over the manual I had before that. (in fact I might even be buying another one as we speak!)

Transfer is done, the Garage had it done the morning i collected the car.
