AP calipers fit both Z4M & E46 M3/CSL ?

Quick question, does anyone know for sure if the AP BBK for the Z4M will fit the E46 M3 & CSL? They have different part numbers on the AP website but I've been told they are in fact the same calipers front & rear. Reason I ask is I have a (nearly) new set that were on my recently sold Z4M that are being put up for sale and wondered if I could open them up to a larger market

ones wider and ones a thinner caliper, the wider ones wont work with the 18" z4m alloys as i tried.

Cheers beedub. Now all I have to do is get them off the car and get them sold (along with a Gruppe-M, strut brace etc etc)

Yep cp5575 were developed so that they fitted under m3 standard 18inch alloy rims, so chances are cp5555 won't.
