E60 M5 which colour??

Hi, im currently looking for an E60 M5. Im looking for a nice 06/56 low milage example. Ive done my homework with regards to potential issues/pitfalls, must have options ect, the only thing i cant decide on is colour, im swaying towards the silverstone but im just so unsure. Any advice on most popular colours, rarest colours, best sell on colours ect would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Buy the car in the colour that you like ?

Also, ensure ANY car you buy is mechanically good first and then think about colours later. The risk is to perhaps have a car in the colour you want which might be in less good shape mechanically than the excellent shape car thats in a colour you may have lower in your preference list..

red - didnt work for me
white - didnt work for me

All other colours looked good, black is my fave

I couldnt live with a red one, ive seen a few blue ones for sale and they seem to be abit cheaper than others and i wondered if there was a reason for this. I love black cars, i was swaying towards the silverstone as i feel it shows off the cars bulges ect more than a darker colour. Im chomping at the bit to get one, for the last week ive lived on the computer and phone, im driving my girlfriend insane.

My old man used to have one in Silverstone, trust me it's the best colour by far.

The M Power colours, i.e Silverstone, Interlagos Blue, Indianapolis Red and Sepang Bronze instantly seperate the car from lesser 5 Series models.

Guy round the corner from me had one in Sepang Bronze, which IMO looked fantastic and a real stand out.

If I was in the market and one came up in that colour I think I'd go for it.

I have to agree, if I`d bought an E60 M5 it would have been silverstone. Indianapolis red doesn`t do it for me at all or Interlagos blue, both ARE worth less.

I second that. Most Indi red M5s I see are early 05/06 models. I would also consider white.

Interlagos Blue was the launch colour (and the best colour).
