I have been watching this M3 for a few weeks now and noticed the price dropped by £1k yesterday
The mileage at 43k wouldnt be my first choice. This would be my 1st M3 btw so im only going by what im reading
I think the car is April or May 08
Are there any features , not on this one, which i should be looking for ideally?
Any comments appreciated.

Decent price and has all the must have options. If it has four decent tyres and warranty is a sound buy for me.

Stick 25.5 to him smile

It would have to have 1 years warranty anyway as its a AUC BMW Dealer Car. If i go i will try to get an extra years warranty thrown in
I do have a trade in so will see what sort of price they will offer
Id imagine M3's arent the easiest to shift this time of year.

Getting very tempting. But could well sit round over xmas, can't see there being a flood of buyers at the moment, so could be even more tempting come spring when they drop it some more...

O/T: I can only access that link via my phone, my home pc won't let me access bmw.co.uk at all, but every other website is OK. WTF is going on? Have they blocked me? Don't they want me to buy their cars?!

Sad replying to my own post... Kaspersky is stopping me accessing bmw.co.uk. Turn it off and I can access it fine. Not sure why Kaspersky won't let me though?!

I agree I think the prices of these cars still have a fair bit to come down over the next couple of months. The above car from Sytner BMW was £32k about three months ago, it is now £25k!!! I have been to see it and it is a nice car, although the red leather is a fair bit lighter up close, almost brownish. Most of the saloon cars appear to be lower spec than their coupe equivalents, not many have heated seats, folding mirrors, upgraded sound.

Surely brownish would.make it darker? Sounds good though if its more brown and not a really bright red. Often difficult to tell what the colour is really like from photos.

That one has the original iDrive (as does mine). I regret not having the revised and much improved version introduced ? about September 2008. Not a deal breaker but something to be aware of.

Think you're right, the revised iDrive came in for the 2009 model year which in practice was cars built from around September 2008 onwards. However, I've noticed that there are a fair few 09-reg cars that still have the old iDrive so presumably they were sat around in stock and just not registered until 2009!

The Gen 2 iDrive is amazing IMO. Arguably one of the best in-built computer/nav system you can get - 10.2" widescreen High Def screen, 40GB hard drive for music, Google maps integration, list goes on! thumbup
