Had my E90 M3 three weeks now. I bought it from the main dealers with full 12 month warranty. Spoke to them today about a slight weep from the oil filler cap. I was told that there is a £100 excess!?!???!! As it was the guy in the parts department I did not pursue it. Anyone know if this is the case?

What does you policy document say?

Not sure about AUC, but Insured BMW warranty, probably same thing, has 3 excess levels , £0, £100 and £250.

If the car is 3 weeks 'old' I would be speaking to the sales dept (supplying dealer) to get the issue solved.

Yeah I will. Had to put a litre of oil in it and 3 litres of screenwash in a 1,000 miles! It was (supposed to have been) serviced before I picked it up! I will not be letting them do it in the future!

I've had 2 AUC cars and there was no excess. I'd be very surprised if that has changed. Speak to BMW Customer Service.
