About to replace the knackered suspension on my M3.
I've acquired some stock Sachs dampers, did have some Eibach springs on order however the local "product manager" at Euro Car Parts reckons H&R springs would be closer to OEM.
To add something extra to the mix, I've found a place who can source me a new set of BMW springs for £330 delivered. This is about £100 more than the Eibach or H&R sets.
The Eibach springs apparently drop by 25mm/15mm front and rear.
The H&R springs apparently drop by 40mm/10mm.
Now I wanted to get the car back to fairly standard. I'm a little concerned about the drop on the H&R springs with speedbumps and the like.
Are the OEM springs worth the extra? If the Eibachs aren't substantially stiffer then I'm more inclined to go with them...
