M3 - main dealer service

My friend has just bought a 10plate M3 from a main dealer, just got it home today this eve and noticed the service should have been done in Nov 12 !!!
Take it back and demand its done or does he have to take it on the chin?

I guess you mean Nov 2011? Which service was it?

If it's an AUC they will service it if there is less than 6k miles to go.

Bought today from Main bmw dealer.

Check the service booklet to see if anything is in there.

Maybe the service has been done but they forgot to reset the iDrive.
