has anyone gone from a z4mc to a z3mc?

As the title suggests has anyone made the move from a z4mc to a z3mc? Looking for more of a weekend car which might provide a better investment although that's not at the top of the list. Im guessing the z3mc is more raw? I love the breadvan looks! Also looking at 993 Porsches or should i not say that on this forum

I`ve always wanted one but ended up with a Z4MC then an M6. No longer in the M car fold and keep perusing the classifieds for a nice S54. I`d love to go for a spin in one.

Well, with a few years and a couple of cars between... S50 Z3MC to a Z4MC

Looks: I loved the rear and side of the Z3MC, but really hated the front. It just looked like a normal Z3, which wasn't good at all. The Z4MC has the same cool rear end / running shoe shape but a less offensive front.

Interior: Z4MC wins hands down for fit and finish but the Z3MC has the more versatile boot

Engine: They're both brilliant really. Z4MC probably edges it on noise and drama

Handling: It's hard to compare them with a few years between, plus I never took the Z3Mc on track. Evo described my Z3MC as having "wonderfully accessible oversteer". I didn't think it was that easy, you had to be on the ball to catch it. The Z4MC was a revelation on a Walshy day, so easy to drive on the edge.

If I changed now, back to a Z3MC, I don't think I would be disappointed at all (apart from when I saw it from the front )
