Hi Folks,

Advice wanted.
I have been looking for a Porsche 964 for a while, but good ones are few and far between, and I have been to see a few that were advertised as mint but turned out to be dogs after 300 mile round trips. I am now thinking of buying an M6.
I read with interest the thread on M5 running costs.
There is an M6 for sale near me with full BMWSH and the car is still under warranty.2005 on 50 000 miles.
Would I be right in thinking that the running costs of this car will be same as the M5?
I work away a lot and have a day to day run around, with the M6 being a weekend toy with probably 3000 miles a year.
Could one of you Guys in the know give me some advice on the pit falls if any on these cars?
Thanks in advance.

Hi mate.

This topic will give you 99.9% of what you need to know. http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&a...

The M6 is effectively the same as the M5. Costs are the same etc, the only difference is the shape and wheel configuration.
