On my way this morning to get this done to my M5. Free up that lovely noise that is currently strangled.
However, getting to current system flanged so it can all be refitted for track days/selling in due course.
I did this to my E60 M5... deleted the silencers and then put v-band flanges in both old and new so it could swopped in minutes. However, getting to current system flanged so it can all be refitted for track days/selling in due course.
Also amazed at the amount of weight it saved

Custom Chrome in Nuneaton did mine, a top job and you can stay and watch it being done, I think I paid £250 including the old silencers being flanged to refit if desired.

Have heard nothing but good about them, looks like it's going there! Any pics of the tail pipes ? What size did you go for ?Dave
Thanks !
Im guessing your looking for something like this.
This is me pulling mine out of the garage to show what cold start sounds like.
If you listen to the last 3 seconds of the video you can here the air pump stop and the exhaust sounds like it would on warm idle
