S54 E46 M3 engine into E36 M3 Evo

Hi there all, unfortunately my track build is 95% finished and completely unexpectedly I am now looking to replace or rebuild my Evo engine. I have been looking into all my options as none of them are cheap and one that appeals is to use an S54 E46 M3 engine instead bringing with it a small hike in power but more importantly it will be far younger and be a whole generation newer.

Through my google searching there seem to be a few E36 M3 in the UK that have had this done but can't find any build threads or info on where the install was actually done. I am basically trying to find out how big a job it is, what is required and to get a ball park figure for the install. Are there any companies in the UK offering this as a drive in drive out solution?

Does anyone have any experience of this product or the swap in general?

Any information would be really appreciated as I need to get my car finished asap to have it tested and ready for some European trackdays first week of October. I basically have to make a decision this week and set it in motion whether I go with a replacement, rebuild or S54...
