e36 obc 18-button wont show consumption - only 3 dash...

I change cluster in my m3 e36 month ago. Around this time mine obc wont show any consumption, i have only 3 dash on screen. Other info's showed properly, like range etc. I am buy new obc but same thing.
1. Whats wrong? Do I need some recoding? Cluster is recoded to car.
2. How to change reading from mpg to L/100km?
