... and I really like it. Sure, it's a bit chavvy but that's part of its character wink

Yes, I'm the same person that's been making all the E63 M6 vs E92 M3 posts. Decided to do something else with the money so the cheaper e46 will fill the gap for 6-12 months.

It paced my friends e92 M3 from 20-70mph, after 70mph I'd imagine the e92 would start to pull a gap, but we didn't test this because of speed limits.

Oh, and FWIW, I love SMG. Perfect compromise between manual and dual clutch boxes.

Congratulations, they are great cars. I've had mine about six weeks and still really pleased. They're such good all-rounders and offer great value at the moment. Kept standard I don't think look chavvy at all! Mine's a manual but would love to try the SMG at some point.

Great choice. If you find a good one that's had all the consumables replaced when necessary they are a total performance bargain.

I'm no longer looking at the prices keep falling. I shall be burried in mine, no point selling it, far too much fun.

Yep, D2 coilovers, one of my tasks for this week is to raise it a little. Rides surprisingly well though.

The Recaros are a nice touch. It has an agency power exhaust which is VERY loud, might go back to stock.

The tailgate is a nice touch if it's OEM, not a massive fan of those Recaro's. It's pole positions or nothing for these cars.

The exhaust will be stupid loud, Agency Power are, worth a good bit of money though.

Pole positions make getting people in the back a little awkward wink These are speedlines.

The exhaust is made doubly loud by the 200 cell sport cats. The bootlid is genuine.

Adjustable camber on the front ? Could be the angle of the picture but it looks like its quite neg. Your suspension will work better if its raised up a bit. Fronts are easy the rears need an extra pair of hands.

I'll get a video in the next few days hopefully, it's very loud!

Agreed. I've ramps and a geo machine at work, I'm going to go back towards the stock geo settings when I get the time. I think the previous owner put the CSL geo on it.

Looks awesomesmile Any seat is an upgrade on the e46 m3 originals imo, they just let the interior down due to being so bland!! unlike the vader/highbacks that came in the e36.

I would keep an eye on those D2 coilovers though as from my experience they are ste in every way!
