Anyone have bmw warranty with modifications ?

I'm looking at purchasing the warranty for my M5, my car is standard apart from the back box deletes.

Was wondering if anyone on here has the warranty with the same set up? Or would I have to refit the back boxes everytime I wanted to take the car in?

There are many CSL's runnig around on non standard brakes, exhausts, coilovers ect with warranties that have been claimed on without issue.

Mine has h&s backboxes, no problem at all so long as the dealer knows. If your dealer is funny about it then don't fit them.

...or find a dealer that is more accomodating.

Don't know where you are located but Elms Cambridge are one such dealer.

I'm based in Loughborough, so Synter Leicester is my closest. The car was from Cambridge and was serviced by elms in the past. I'll give sytner a call.
