F10 M5 discounts?
Discussion
Mine's a 61 plate, ex BMW Wakefield car, was 6 months old with just under 5k on the clock. Paid just over £60k at the time.
It came with 20" wheels, 2.5 years warranty, service pack and tracker installed + the usual M5 options (no night vision camera though).
Drives perfect (as you'd expect) and no issues so far at 10k miles.

The problem just now is that unless you want an M5 Performance edition, there is next to no stock anywhere in the UK. However if you fancy a Japan Red MP edition there is fantastic offers just now!!!
I'd wager you could get 10% off one built to spec even in there are no cars in the system ?Eastern boy said:
I don't think i'd take that bet!!!!
If you were ordering one from me, yuo'd get a healthy deal!

Starting to see a few F10's around in London Town now. The engine doesn't have the wow factor to a passer by that the V10 had....that must have sold a fair few E60's...people just hearing it and wanting one.
Eastern boy, is there much demand for these at the moment and what are the residuals looking like? I am imagining they are going to tank. No way would I pay £70k plus for one of these but at half that price they'd make an interesting proposition.
Also I expect they are still to new for some discounted lease deals to be offered on them. Give them a few years though and I reckon there could be some bargain lease deals to be had, especially if they have trouble shifting them.

there is some demand out there, however no stock in the UK, i saw 2 M5's in dealer stock the other day and a handful of MPerformance editions (£94,000)
Lease deals on the M5 tend to be looking at £1300 or so per month so big difference from M3, and even at the end of the E60 there wasn't much in the way of deals, so don't hold your breath. Used cars seem decent ish value now U see some early 61 plates for sale in the early 50's with decent spec (20 inch alloys a must) of course there is an M6 demo or 2 due up for sale soon probably in the £80's instead of the £104k it started at!!!

"Very Big" I would say - and that is as a man with an 7,000 mile 12 plate who bought new, paid close to list and has taken a bath!!
