M5: Good price or not?

A friend is possibly looking for an M5 so I do some browsing (as yer do!) and saw this and immediately thought it was cheap - but is it really, is that an indicative value or is something to be found on closer inspection ?

Difficult to tell as the add gives no detail of age or mileage. I have seen early cars around that price so if its an 05 with 60,000+ miles seems about right.

Fully comp BMW warranty @ 55K miles, 100 excess, no emergency svc will be 106 per month, starting in 30 days time. Don't buy the yearly warranty as next renewal it will be 2x that amount (a quote for 65k miles comes out at £260/mth/2.8k per yr)

I'd really want to know a lot more about it. I'd probably avoid it due to lack of full leather, usb, dab, and seats.

Sorry to revive an old thread, but I noticed this car is back for sale a year later within the bmw network at a shade under £16k. I made an initial enquiry but got cold feet when there was no information regarding the clutch forthcoming, the history is colorful too several garages have seen the car suggesting it may have had a few owners.

I would be interested to hear if the OPs friend bought the car in the end and if so what it was like?
