Some one I know is selling his used Bilstein pss 10.. It's fitted on his M3 csl. Would this fit perfectly on a Z4M? The brakes of the Z4M and CSL are the same, but I don't know about the suspension.

It will not - the Z4M is a parts bin special - unique front axle, which is a further development of the E30/E36 front end and a rear axle straight off the CSL except the actual shocks/springs combination, which have a different rates.
