Looking at E61's
Discussion
I'm looking at getting an E61 in the next few weeks.
I've come across a car on the Munich Legends site that has the option "Press Vehicle Special Check" - it's the silverstone car
Does this mean it's started out with a hard life and should be avoided? Or does it mean it's been driven purposely but lovingly maintained by BMW and therefore a good thing?
Also looking at Eddie's fine car and had a good chat with him on the phone last night

Possibly means that is has been driven hard but has additional options from the factory. cars released to the press are usually over equipped with 'toys'. If buying from ML I would want the car on a ramp, wheels off to have a good look at calipers, suspension, bushes etc and to see bills not stamps.

ML has 4 E61 M5s - looks like they're trying to corner the market!
They haven't updated the website in a while... Only 2, the Interlagos with wood and the Silverstone II car.I like the blue car but not sure about the wood. Even if I could live with it, is it a resale nightmare?
My ideal combo would be black with full red leather
