Does anybody know if there is somewhere that sells brake pads for an E39 M5 that's open today between the Nurburgring and Spa? Done a few laps of the 'ring and knackered them. Oops.

You could try the place in Kelberg but I cannot remember the name of it.

When you say 'knackered them' do you mean you are getting vibrations? If so thats the discs with deposits on rather than the pads.

Managed to get some pads from a BMW dealer in Liege after a slightly spirited drive on the de-restricted autobahns.

On the 4th lap of the day at the 'ring the wear sensor went bing, wouldn't really have been a big issue but was at Spa yesterday for a track day. Brakes are well and truly knackered. Didn't change the pads in the end just took it easy as the discs also look past there best on closer inspection.

I guess it's time to figure out whether AP, Brembo or other are going to get some of my money.

Stop Tech seem to have a good reputation, just not sure about K-Sport, another option may be Wortec.

AP seems to be the best 'proven' option for the cost.
