Iphone 4 cradle

Hi all,
I recently bought an E92 330i and am currently looking for an Iphone 4 cradle that will enable audio streaming.
My car has the advanced bluetooth functionality, It has a USB connection in the glove box (but I understand this is only for uploading data to the cars hard drive). In the arm rest it only has a AUX point.
Just got off the phone to BMW and in short they mentioned only the basic cradle (charging and using the cars antenna) is available and in order to stream music I will need to use the cigarette lighter to USB converter etc.
Does anyone have any alternatives to make this work via cradle?

I have the cradle and "application preparation" as an option on the car which enables you to use an iPhone app to enable iTunes with album art, genius mixes etc. It's OK but doesn't do a lot more than the standard music collection off the internal hard drive.
It also adds Facebook and Twitter apps to your iDrive, not that I've ever bothered using either in the car! There are also some other functions that I haven't even looked at.
