Discounted Main Dealer Work
Discussion
Just thought that I would share this.
The rear discs on my E60 M5 had started to show signs of grooving so I wanted them replaced although un noticable when braking.
To keep the BMW warranty valid I had to use a main dealer. Out of interest I searched for the cheapest genuine M sport parts, pads and discs. Ocean in Plymouth seemed the cheapest at the time at £440.
Trawling through the web I found a site called maindealerdiscount.com. After putting my reg and post code in a list of servicing options came up, one of them rear discs and pads for my car. Local dealer Rybrooks Warwick @ £465 discounted from £715 (evidently) So had them done Saturday morning, excellent job.
