E63 M6 - should I???

I've seen a nice M6 at a main dealer that looks like it has been well cared for but it has had 5 owners which concerns me a little.

I've read about lots of horror stories about potential big bills etc but should I still worry if it comes with a years AUC warranty, decent tyres and a recent service?

I know the mpg is poor and RFL is high but it will only be used for approximately 2-3k miles a year.

What else should I consider?
