E93 DCT Gears Crunching When Cold

Has anyone else had an issue with their DCT gearbox, where the gears will crunch from 1st gear all the way to 4th gear when the car is stone cold?

I got a car just over 2 weeks ago and it's had a few faults,most are in the process of being repaired by BMW (waiting on parts to arrive) however since last Wednesday, the car when cold will crunch it's gears going from 1st through to 4th.

Can this be caused my low gearbox oil? Clutch relearn? The noise is quite loud and you can feel a vibrataion aswell when it happens.

Any ideas/advise please? I'm leaning towards giving the car back in all fairness,the trader has been more than helpful but I've pretty much lost confidence in the car - I may loose out on a fair bit of money but thinking of just cutting my losses

Speak to the trader, tell him what it's doing, give him an opportunity to sort it out along with the other 'issue', if he can't or won't back it. You shouldn't be prepared to lose out in any way. and don't tell the trader your prepared to lose out.

Trader is the one who is paying to have all the work done by BMW,sorry should have made that clear apologies,and he has also been informed of the gearbox issue now, agreed to give it to BMW for another inspection.
