Fair enough for being annoyed but this totally misses the point and makes the owner looks like a Bell END!

Idiots. The guy with the axe is embarrassingly feeble.

Agree completely except to say you could have added the words 'complete and utter' in front of Bell End.

Never a better example of 'more money than sense' complete idiot, not at all funny or amusing just incredibly stupid even if money is not an issue.

I like the way he brought his boy to do the smashing up proper, should've left him to it really.

And the feeble grin at the end as he pants in his suit! What a monumental bell end!

Chinese guy did a similar thing to his Maserati sales of Maserati in china remain good.

He's atempting to damage the BMW reputation.

I'd say he's managed that, no company wants to see their products in this kind of video .

Honestly, he might be a touch over the top.. but if you believe the articles he went through hell for 4 yrs with no response from BWM. And I can totally see it happening, with customer service reading out their corporate B/S pre-prepared answers.. "I am sorry sir you have experienced this issue but BMW cars comply with strict quality control procedure and all applicable legislation there's nothing we can do to help at thit point" or "this is clearly cased by normal tear-and-wear and BMW would not be held responsible for the normal deterioration of consumable items" or "I am sorry sir but there is nothing wrong with the functioning of the item you mentioned, it is operating the way it was designed to".

but BMW better hire a new head of PR.. b/c in terms of cusomter service after the FIASCO of the Fisher Price Security Systems on their cars.. they are indeed again on the front page for the wrong reasons.

I tell you.. as serial BMW buyer given recent experience with the security and questionable realiability of some of their products I would not be going back to spend my hard-earned cash any time soon.

And this despite some of their products being very attractive on paper. Am sure the M4 will be a blast, the new X5 looks best in class once again and the i3 a true revolution.

Alas if your customer experience sucxs this is not enough. End of.

Whatever the issue he still succeeded to drive the car from Italy to Frankfurt so it can't have been that bad biggrin

I would just sell it and never buy a BMW again if it affected me that much. Why be so bitter?

Why not sell the car and buy another like a civilised person......... The same attitude that led him to smashing the car up is probably the reason people haven't taken him seriously when he complained wink

Agree - at least the first person to smash their car up looks like an imaginitive bell end - that's the third I've seen in the last six months, just pathetic really.

F10 M5 issues since 5/2012 no one can fix
